My story
This year I will be facing my fears and pushing myself further than ever before to help raise funds and support Mumford & Runs to raise awareness of Mental Health.
I find it incredibly sad that so many people suffer in silence and hope to make a difference by pushing myself past my own fears and complete the Greater Manchester Marathon, Cotswold Ironman 70.3, events on The Long Course Weekend and the Cardiff Half Marathon.
Mind Pembrokeshire is a great local charity!
