CA's Fitness Fundraiser for Irvine and Troon Cancer Care

Carolann Dench is raising money for Irvine Cancer Care
My story
This is a charity fitness day in aid of Irvine & Troon Cancer care, a local charity very close to my heart who provide free transport to hospital appointments for cancer patients. They were invaluable to me during my daily treatments at the Beatson Hospital in Glasgow. They receive no funding and rely solely on donations.
I want to give something back to them, so I have arranged 6 hours of exercise classes, back to back on Sunday 25 October 2015 at the Magnum Centre, Irvine. It is my intention to try and do all 6. Please come along and support me and the charity, even to take part in just one class. It'll be a fun day and for a fantastic cause.
If you can't come along and want to donate, that is fantastic too, anything you can spare, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated.
