Walking up Snowdon (Fundraiser No. 2 - Dartmoor Rescue)

MN is raising money for Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team Ashburton
My story
Having met his target walking the Templer Way in April of this year - 12 miles in 4 hours; Caspian has set his sights higher.....to the top of Snowdon.
With a group of parents and children from his last primary school, we will be walking up the Pyg Track, and down the Miners track.
Length 7.5 miles / 12.2 km
Ascent 2510 feet / 761 metres
Caspian and his mum have chosen Dartmoor Rescue (Ashburton) as their charity for all fundraising efforts this year.

Dartmoor Rescue need to raise £15000 every year and receive no government funding. The service is made up of very committed volunteers on call 24x365 finding the missing, lost and injured across Dartmoor and Devon, saving lives.
