Cassie's Homeless Fundraiser

As part of my Journalism degree, Rob and I have decided to take part in Liverpool Cathedral's Sleepout event, which aims to raise awareness about homelessness.
The Liverpool Cathedral and the Whitechapel centre have teamed up for this event, to ensure that everyone in our city can have a place that they can call home.
By taking part we want to be able to contribute into raising money which will be given to rough sleepers for food and finding them shelter.
By participating, it will give individuals an insight to understanding the difficulties that rough sleepers face.
Money raised will go towards these amazing charities who are committed to help those on the streets who are struggling to access basic needs and help them gain essential skills.
This event will be taking place on the 8th of April, in which we will be participating in organised events such as shelter building and games, which at night we will be sleeping 'rough' in the cathedral, with only a sleeping bag.
