Cathedral sleep out

Rae, Neve and I are taking part in the big cathedral sleep out to raise money for the Whitechapel centre. The Cathedral Sleepout is a very rare opportunity to sleep inside the fantastic Liverpool Cathedral. Although it doesn't compare to sleeping outside on the street, it can go some way towards understanding the difficult situation people face when finding themselves homeless.

The Whitechapel Centre is Liverpool's leading homeless charity, helping those living without a home. Liverpool Cathedral is a vibrant, active place that helps the people of the city in many ways through schools, family workshops, foodbanks and community markets, volunteering, or just being a safe place to keep warm. Together, we are working really hard to make sure everyone in Liverpool can have a place to call home and live to their full potential.
