Cathedral sleepover in support of whitechapel

Hello,
Since my children were young, they’ve always wanted to help when they’ve seen someone sleeping on the streets. I’ll never forget the time my son, who was just three, asked if he could give a homeless man the sandwich I had just bought him. From that moment on, whenever we came across someone in need and I could afford to, we’d buy them a sandwich, or a packet of biscuits, or something.
When my daughter was about eight, she noticed a man and his dog looking cold on the streets and immediately wanted to buy him an extra blanket, a hot drink and some dog food. Over the years, we’ve always talked openly about the different reasons people end up sleeping rough, and it’s something my children truly care about.
When we heard about this event, both of my children were eager to take part and do their part to help. We would be incredibly grateful for any support you can offer in this cause.
