My story
I am running the British 10K through the streets of London to raise money for the charity Herts in Trust.
Herts in Trust is the registered charity of Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service and Hertfordshire Constabulary.
The charity is set up to help secure safer communities for the county.
The trust offers financial support to deprived areas to help promote safer and increased quality of life. It also promotes activities for young people in and around the county.
