Our story

100 Holes, 12 Lads, 1 Big Mission:

The Chislehurst Hundred Hole Charity Challenge

This July, a band of golf-loving lads are taking on one of golf's toughest tests: playing 100 holes each in one day to raise funds for two incredible causes — ECHO, the Evelina Children’s Heart Organisation, and the Golf Foundation, which helps introduce young people to the game.
The Team
They’re not pros, (well, apart from one of them!). They’re not sponsored (yet!) They’re just a tight-knit group brought together by a shared love of golf and a desire to give back. Some are Chislehurst members, others are friends roped in with promises of bacon rolls and eternal bragging rights. While handicaps may vary, the mission is crystal clear: raise as much money as possible and survive the marathon of golf.
From the first tee at dawn to the final putt (hopefully before dark), they'll cover more than 26 miles, take over 400 swings each, and battle fatigue, blisters, and the occasional lost ball. But it’s all in good spirit — because every hole, every shot and every step counts.
Why ECHO, Age UK Bromley and The Samaritans Orpington?
All 3 are very close to our hearts.

ECHO supports children and young people with heart conditions, and their families, from diagnosis through to adulthood. Their work is life-changing — offering emotional, practical, and medical support when it’s needed most.

Age UK Bromley is an independent local charity who have been working in the local community to help older people, their families and carers for over 30 years. They want everyone to be able to love later life.

The Samaritans Orpington are there, day or night, for anyone who’s struggling to cope, who needs someone to listen without judgement or pressure. They give people ways to cope and the skills to be there for others.

This event isn’t just about golf. It’s about heart, camaraderie, and proving that with the right motivation, ordinary people can do something extraordinary.

Game on. 100 holes. One mission. Let’s go. Big love.
