Challenge Q

ChallengeQ is a multi-event fundraising day to raise money for MAC-UK, a young and innovative mental health charity with whom Qedis has been working since September 2009. MAC-UK is Qedis' nominated Charity of the Year, and our aim is to raise £4,400, which is enough to put one young person through the MAC-UK programme for a year, and ultimately turn their life around.

The different events of ChallengeQ that Qedites will be taking part in on Saturday 17 July include:
a 54 mile run along the Thames Path from the Qedis Maidenhead office to the Qedis London office, and onto Regents Park;
a 120 km cycle from the Qedis London office to the Qedis Maidenhead office and back again, and onto Regents Park;
a 15 mile cycle from Richmond to Regents Park;
a 10km and 5km run in Regents Park;
a 12 mile walk along the Thames Path ending in Regents Park.
