My story
I've been training for almost 3 (painful) months and upped my personal best FROM 5 TO 21 KM.
There have been mammoth BLOOD BLISTERS, CRAMPED CALVES and FEVERISH SWEATS along the way, but with underprivileged KENYAN KIDS in mind, I hope to knock another ten minutes off my personal best and run the Reading Half Marathon in 1hr 50 on Sunday 29th March.
