As a result of the tremendous support we receive from supporters across the UK, we're able to continue to fund fantastic projects which aim to help make positive changes to the lives of disadvantaged children and young people right here in the UK.

The 2009 Appeal was a fantastic success raising a record breaking £39 million despite the current economic conditions, which is a real tribute to the generosity and understanding of our supporters. So far this year we have been able to allocate over £20 million in two grant rounds to 665 projects dedicated to helping improve the lives of disadvantaged children and young people. We have two further grant rounds later this year in which to distribute the remainder of our budget. You can find out which projects are being funded in your area by checking our project map.
