Chloe Young - Team Bristol Fundraising Page

| I am walking 7 miles across Bristol to raise money for two brilliant charities and would really appreciate any support. This walk is supporting two charities, the first charity is Children's Hospice South West, which provides hospice care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, helping families through some of the toughest times. The second charity is for RISE Community Jiu Jitsu CIC, which helps young people in disadvantaged areas build confidence, improve their mental health and access new opportunities through sport and mentoring.My goal is to raise £300 so any donations would be appreciated. Thank you. Chloe  |
