Training is going well. I'm aiming for a time of 1:45, but as it's my first half I'd be happy with anything under 1:50.

Hi. I'm running my first half-marathon in Coventry on 14 October. In the races I've run before, knowing people were thinking of me and supporting me has meant so much and really given me a boost. Your support (however small) will mean a lot.

Also I'm running for a great cause: Anesis Homeless Ministry. They are a local voluntary Christian organisation, based at North Point Church, who reach out with real practical support and give hope to the homeless and desperate people of the city of Coventry.
