My story

Just before the Christmas break, I joined seven coaches who travelled to Nepal at their own cost to inspire young girls and boys to choose cricket. The purpose of the visit was to demonstrate that cricket changes lives, especially for girls in patriarchal societies. I am delighted to report that we successfully delivered 61 sessions at 56 schools reaching 5,025 children (48% girls). Any funds raised will further support the Cricket Changemakers programme enabling girls and boys to become community coaches and ambassadors.
