Jeanette McBoyle is raising money for Àban
My story
I am swimming from South to North Kessock and back - the route the ferry used to take (if you are as old as me!). The money raised will subsidise outdoor experiences for families that may not otherwise enjoy them, and the local nature reserve. Will be in my swimsuit, fingers crossed for a fine day 🤞.

Only a week to go till I attempt this swim. 1200 metres across from Inverness to North Kessock and back. The water is expected to be 11 degrees (warmer than the Lido) and I’ll be in my swimsuit! Sponsorship raised will be split between Merkinch Nature Reserve and helping families to finance outdoor adventures. Any donation, however small, would be greatly appreciated. Fingers crossed for a flat calm, sunny day!
