Felix Ashton is raising money for Momentum Children's Charity, Rethink Mental Illness and Triangle Adventure Playground
This June, myself and 19 other colleagues from Berkeley St Edward will be cycling a total of 250 miles over the course of three days, travelling from Vienna to Prague. The route will be challenging, with plenty of hills to conquer along the way and will equate to us cycling up the height of Ben Nevis nearly three times.
We are raising money for three, small charities who all desperately need our help. They are:
• Momentum Children’s Charity: which supports families across London, Surrey and Sussex whose children have been diagnosed with cancer or a life-challenging condition. The charity partners with local NHS hospitals, offering personally tailored support to the entire family, both in hospital and at home, through its team of Family Support Workers.
• Rethink Mental Illness: Rethink Mental Illness is the charity for people severely affected by mental illness. They provide expert information and services, and campaign to improve the lives of people living with mental illness, their families, friends and carers.
• Triangle Adventure Playground: London’s oldest on site adventure playground which offers exciting free play to all young people aged 6 – 17, targeting those most economically and socially disadvantaged in Lambeth.
Every penny raised will be match funded by the Berkeley Group, DOUBLING any donation you give.
With your help, we can support more children with life threatening illnesses, help more mentally ill people to receive advice and support, and keep London’s oldest adventure playground going. Any donation, however big or small, is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for checking out my page. Making a donation is fast, easy and secure thanks to Give as you Live Donate. They'll take your donation and pass it onto Momentum Children's Charity, Rethink Mental Illness and Triangle Adventure Playground.
