Our story
Mike Taylor and Dave Tasker are riding the Tour de Manc "Manc Challenge" on 4th May 2025.
100Km (62 miles) and 1,550 metres (5,085 feet) of elevation, in the hilly bits north of Manchester. Route details here: tourdemanc.co.uk/event/manc-challenge/
Shortly after we registered for the ride, Dave's dad Phil sadly passed away, aged 70. He had been receiving treatment for Leukaemia. Phil was a great guy and a keen cyclist, so we are now riding for him. We're hoping to raise some money for Blood Bikes, as they were tremendous support to Phil. They are entirely led by volunteers and the work they do is amazing!
