Dancing with the British

My name is Jenna and I am an American woman living in, the truly-great, Great Britain. I am a big fan of Dancing with the Stars, and like many good American TV shows, the idea came straight from a British TV show... in this case, Strictly Come Dancing! So imagine my excitement when a friend shared with me the opportunity to participate in a Strictly Come Dancing-like competition to raise money for charity. The charity, Shelter, provides legal advice, housing guidance and emotional support, so that people can stay in their homes. As someone who has had the privilege to travel the world, live in cities all over the USA and now crossed the pond to live in Liverpool, I have seen that homelessness is far too common globally and I believe we can do better to prevent it. I would appreciate your consideration of a donation to this charity or, at very least, a gift of £1 to be entertained by the idea of an American Dancing with the British. ;)
