Dawn Bennett's Marathon Challenge

After getting carried away watching the London Marathon last year and discussing ways to raise money for the wonderful charity 1Voice, I entered the ballot for a place for this year - (Secretly hoping for a rejection email and a nice new running top!) Guess what? - I only ended up getting a place!
Well it’s been 11 years and 2 kids since I last did any serious running so believe me when I say this has definitely been a challenge. The big event is on Sunday and I would greatly appreciate any extra motivation to get me round all 26 Miles! .
Any words of motivation or support would be greatly appreciated and, if anyone is in a position to be able to, a donation to this amazing charity would be amazing.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with 1Voice they are an amazing UK based charity that offers support, advice, networking and socialising opportunities for users of communication aids. My amazing niece Eva Cope has Cerebral Palsy and is unable to talk. 1Voice has been amazing in introducing her to a wide group of people who understand her challenges with communication and the friendship bonds she has made through the group have added so much to her life. It would be fantastic to support them to continue to provide these opportunities for other families.
