Shutty and Dog's Cardiff Half Marathon Charity Run 2010

Myself and Dog ( aka Mark Everson) are deep in training to run the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 17 th October 2010. We have hung up our rugby boots for our running trainers for a few weeks "happy days some of you might say :-)

We are doing the run in aid of the "Ieuan The Lion Memorial Fund" which is a chairty that is very close to our hearts. The charitys objective is to raise funds to purchase a holiday home to provide holidays and experiences for children and their families where the child is suffering from cancer, life threating illnesses and disabilities.
