Edinburgh Half Marathon

Hey guys

I'm going to be running in Edinburgh this coming bank holiday weekend for the Lord Taverners. Raising money for children with disabilities or from low socio-economic backgrounds to receive free sports training. Where they experience inclusion and are taught the skills required for them to succeed in life moving forward. Sport is the gateway but the effects of these sessions impact these children's entire lives. Personally for me the ability to come and run for the Lord Taverners is a symbol of just how far I've come. In 2018 I tried to take my own life,  by the grace of God I didn't succeed and now in 2026 I have the opportunity to positively impact other's lives. To help them not experience social isolation and loneliness two of the key aspects that brought me to my suicide attempts.
