My story
Dear friends
El Gomez needs your support to help others.
On April 23rd, I will be running my third London Marathon. I am really looking forward to feel the burn on my legs and lungs and my heart beating fast!
Getting the amazing opportunity to run the London Marathon this year has been made possible by a fantastic charity: The Lord’s Taverner!
They are a fantastic community of people and organisations that collaborate to provide innovative, inclusive, and impactful cricket programmes, empowering young people with disabilities and from disadvantaged communities to develop the knowledge, skills, capabilities, and confidence required to overcome the challenges of inequality, raise their aspirations and reach their potential. In order to help the The Lord’s Taverner team, El Gomez needs your contribution, big or small (hopefully HUGE!), every pound you invest on The Lord’s Taverner will fuel me to do my best and hopefully beat my previous time in London! Who knows? Older, wiser…and maybe faster! 😬
