My story
I am running the Reading Half Marathon for No5 for young people, because this charity supported me when I needed it most.
As a young person, having someone to talk to who listened without judgement made a real difference to my life; and I would love to be able to give back and support other young people to be heard in times of need and through difficulties.
No5 provides free, community-based counselling and mental health support for young people, giving them a safe space to be heard and supported. In today’s world, mental health matters more than ever, and every young person deserves access to someone who will listen.
By taking on this challenge, I want to give something back and help ensure that more young people can get the support they need.
