My story
After a few friends asked me what my next challenge was, I decided (somewhat stupidly!) to sign up for a marathon. I’ve completed the Robin Hood Half Marathon before, but never a full marathon.
I also wanted to raise money for a charity that has a personal connection to my other half, Harry. His father, Ranjit, sadly passed away in December 2024 after living with dementia.

Concludes the training plan. Should have been a shake out but with the jog and walk with strides that’ll do! Spotted London Plane trees surrounding the abbey field, didn’t know about them until Alex and I noticed them in Switzerland! 🌲🥰
A bit of running art to finish the training plan. Was meant to be an M for marathon. Didn’t think about the orientation 🤣
5km on plan. Ran from Tesco to the pit woods and around the lake twice, very scenic 🌲🌲🌲
