Emma's Great North Run Fundraising

I'm running the Great North Run on 11th September and raising money for Age UK. The half marathon will definitely be a challenge but it's for a really important cause! Age UK's services for older people are wide ranging offering safety, security and a sense of wellbeing to people in later life. Working with elderly people in my community I know how isolating and lonely it can be when people have trouble getting out and about. A lack of social interaction can have a really detrimental effect on elderly people. Age UK help those who are getting older make the most of later life which I think is a really important cause! Any money you can donate would be much appreciated and will help to create a world where everyone can love later life and get the most out of it! Thank you!
