My story
Hello everybody, I'm going to be swimming in the great east swim (a mile of outdoor swimming in a lake in suffolk..) to raise money for Lifecraft. Lifecraft is a self-help user-led organisation for adults who have experience of mental health difficulties in their lives. 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year and Lifecraft run a range of projects from free counseling to choirs. They also campaign to raise awareness of the stigma attached to mental health.
