Emz London Marathon Charity Fundraiser

A4U is the local autism hub, it’s a small charity in Shrewsbury who have been supporting me since my diagnosis of autism & adhd in December 2023. They have been immensely helpful in helping me understand myself, building routine, structure & balance into my life- something I didn’t know I actually needed so much. They continue to support me in helping me find was to live as independently as possible without burning out through my typical all or nothing mindset. And they’re helping me adapt my life so I can still try to do things myself but with a different approach to suit my neurodivergent brain & mindset rather than the “normal” way everyone else does things. Without them I’m not sure where I would be today & I certainly wouldn’t have such a solid knowledge base and understanding around autism & how to manage day to day life in a healthy way. I am still learning so much with them and I have a long way to go, but I just wanted to raise money whilst running the London marathon on 26th April 2026 (with dad as my support runner) for this amazing local charity as they have supported me so much & continue to do so; so I want to give something back to say thank you & to enable them to continue supporting many more neurodivergent individuals in the future too. 
So I invite anyone who can to donate as much or as little as they want to this fantastic cause, any donation is appreciated and will help towards supporting individuals like myself.
