My story
F45 Kingston Kangaroos are a team of 16 crazy people entering London West Tough Mudder on 7th May.
12 miles, 21 obstacles, 500,000 litres of mud, 40 tonnes of ice - not to mention electric shocks!
We're raising money for Mind in Kingston, a local charity funded entirely by donations that supports people with long term mental health issues.
