Flick's Great 2009 Challenge for Samaritans

I am hoping to raise some much needed money for us and I am asking you all to help me. I have been running for about a year and intend to raise this money pounding the pavement (and climbing a big scary mountain.) Confirmed races/scary mountain are;

1.Hastings Half Marathon 15th March 2009 (Argh - 1st Half Marathon!)COMPLETED in 2hrs 2 mins. Very hilly, very hard!
2.Marwell Zoo 10k 22nd March 2009 COMPLETED in 53 mins. More uphill - groan.
3.Three Forts Half Marathon COMPLETED in 2hrs 6 mins. More hills but getting stronger...
4.Lymington 10k 10th May COMPLETED PB at 51:39!!
5.Bognor 10k 17th May 2009 COMPLETED PB at 51:22!
6. D-Day 10k - 3rd June COMPLETED PB at 49:48 (1st sub-50 ever!)
7.Worthing 10k - 10th June COMPLETED 48:29 (A huge PB!)
8. Ladies Purbrook 5 COMPLETED 39:54
9. Cranleigh 10k COMPLETED 49:48
10. New Forest 10 miles 12th July COMPLETED 1:23:15 388/910
11.Chichester Challenge 15k 19th July 2009 COMPLETED I got lost! so no time!
12. Milland 13 miles COMPLETED 2hrs 6....muct have been the ancient indian race prep of tikka masala and a glass of white ; >
13. Isle of wight Half Marathon COMPLETED 1:50:42 - fantastic PB!!!
14.Mt Kilimanjaro Ascent August 2009 SUMMITED 8 days......
15. Littlehampton 10k 13th September 2009 COMPLETED PB at 47:34 The mid-challenge high altitude training camp paid off....
16. Stanstead slug & slog Sept 20th 2009 COMPLETED 1:57, tough trail race.
17. New Forest Half marathon 27th Sept 2009 COMPLETED 1:46, a great PB for my 6th and penultimate half marathon this year!
18. Southsea 10k 4th October 2009 COMPLETED 47:49, a windy seafront run!
19. Denmead 10k 18th October 2009 COMPLETED 49:34 - That's 9 mins off last year's time! An inclined race.
20.BUPA Great South Run 25th October 2009 COMPLETED 1:22:52 - PB! 2101st overall, 132nd in my age+gender group!
21.Gosport Half Marathon 15th November 2009 CANCELLED Due to Injury.

The pressure of not wanting to let you or the branch down and the anticipation of having the smallest backside I've ever had will keep me going!..
