My story
I am attempting to run/walk/crawl my way through the 86 mile Ridgeway trail. The Ridgeway is a 5000 year old track way through the Chiltern hills and the north Wessex downs with over 9000 feet of ascent. I have never run anything more than a marathon before, but raising money for this close to heart local charity.
