Well that’s blown my mind, that we’ve already smashed the original target! I’ll be needing to run two marathons at this rate. Thank you all so much xxx

My story
Most people know about our family story and the valiant battle that Kelly fought against MND. Kelly died on 11th October 2023 at the age of 47 having lived with a very aggressive form of MND which took just two years to do its worst. It's taken me that long to feel that I can look at anything to do with MND again, which is why this coming May, I will be running the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon in memory of my late beautiful wife, loving mother to our gorgeous girls, and sister, Kelly Joy.
If you feel you can donate something towards my target that would be amazing. If you are feeling brave and don't believe I will complete the 26.2 miles, then feel free to sponsor me £10 a mile, otherwise give what you can.
All money raised will once again go to the Motor Neurone Disease Association, who do so much for sufferers and their families, and also our local Severn Hospice who helped to look after Kelly throughout her illness.
Thank you for checking out my page. Making a donation is fast, easy and secure thanks to Give as you Live Donate. They'll take your donation and pass it onto Motor Neurone Disease Association and Severn Hospice Limited.
