Two Half Marathons?

I am supporting this charity by running two half marathons in the next two months. The first is on 15th September around Warrington and the 2nd is the Manchester Half Marathon on 13th October.

In December 2011 a very close friend, Jo, was diagnosed with terminal, secondary breast cancer. Over the next 5 years Jo and her husband Dave, made so many memories together. They both believed it was because of these adventures and life enhancing experiences that Jo kept going for longer than she was expected to. Just before Jo passed away they started this charity. It provides "Bucket List" events for people with terminal / secondary cancer and it is hoped that giving people something to look forward to in their darkest times will allow them to keep going for that little bit longer and make more memories for their families to cherish.
