My story

I'm starting this fundraiser for people who are suffering with the conditions of fibromyalgia.FIBROMYALGIA IS ONE OF THE MOST COMMON PAIN CONDITIONS,ESTIMATED TO AFFECT AT LEAST 2 MILLION PEOPLE IN THE UK. FIBROMYALGIA DOES NOT
DISCRIMINATE BY AGE! ALTHOUGH IT
TYPICALLY DEVELOPS BETWEEN THE
AGES OF 30 AND 5O, IT CAN DEVELOP IN CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND THE
ELDERLY. THERE'S NOTHING THAT
CAN BE DONE TO TREAT
FIBROMYALGIA.
ALTHOUGH it CANNOT BE
CURED, FOR MANY PEOPLE A DIAGNOSIS
CAN BE VALIDATING. IT CAN MARK THE
BEGINNING OF A NEW JOURNEY TOWARDS
RELIEF OF SOME SYMPTOMS. MANY PEOPLE
ARE ABLE TO BETTER MANAGE THEIR
SYMPTOMS THROUGH LIFESTYLE CHANGES,
TREATMENT AND PEER SUPPORT. WHILE PAIN IS A SYMPTOM OF
FIBROMYALGIA. THERE ARE A VARIETY OF
OTHER SYMPTOMS TOO, INCLUDING:
FATIGUE, COGNITIVE DISTURBANCES (BRAIN
FOG), HEADACHES, CLUMSINESS, DIZZINESS,
IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME (IBS), AND
SENSITIVITY TO CHANGES IN THE WEATHER
AND OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS.

Please help by any means possible. By either walking. Trekking.dog walking anything that counts towards steps.. I'm hoping to hit 100,000 steps by end of January if I don't hit my target i will contribute half of what ever the total amount of money raised... Please please and many thanks for your support 🙏
