Zip line challenge - Bed poverty is real

A team of brave volunteers from CARE UK Charity are taking on the world’s fastest and Europe’s longest zip line.

They will be facing their fears to raise funds we desperately need to support those locally. Over the last 3 months, we have received 67 requests for beds and mattresses for adults and children who have faced disruption and trauma. The aid we offer is the initial urgent support they need. We believe that no one should be sleeping on the floor. How many times do you think in one day “I can’t wait to get in bed?” It shouldn’t be a luxury.

Each team member has an individual target they would like to raise, so to help track please do leave a good luck message and add the main person you are supporting, for example - Well Done Rose and Team.

Rose, Kelvin, David, and Claire are all set to take on the challenge on the 18th of November and every penny raised will go directly to the cause. Thank you for your support!
