Gerald Puttock is raising money for ACE CARDIFF LIMITED
My story
As the picture taken at our recent pub quiz will confirm, our Director Gerry could do with losing a few pounds! So, he's decided to ditch the junk food and hit the gym and do a Sponsored Slim for ACE Cardiff. His starting weight has been witnessed by a Trustee and two staff members of the charity.
He could probably shed 3 stone without it showing very much but we thought a more manageable target of 21 pounds over a duration of three months would be good place to start.
We'd love it if people sponsored him a few pounds for ACE Cardiff to help fund their worthwhile projects, for more information on our work head to acecardiff.org.uk or watch our video below.
He'll be updating you with his progress over on our Twitter and Facebook pages, including before and after shots of his (hopefully) swiftly shrinking waistline!
