Chanel and Clio's Story - plea for donations

Clio is a 2 year old Boxer
Chanel is a 1 year old American Cocker Spaniel

A PLEA FOR YOUR HELP TO GET TWO DOGS HOME WHERE THEY BELONG!

I will try to condense the story because it is rather long.

A couple went to Bulgaria and hoped that they could start a new life and make good with their business. This was not to be the case, and 9 months later they decided they had no choice but to return to the UK. They had two dogs, a Boxer (Clio) and an American Cocker Spaniel (Chanel). They went through all the protocol with the Bulgarian Vet only to find out that when they reached Calais the dogs were confiscated from them. A white van arrived and took them into Quarantine Kennels! Naturally they were devastated, as they thought they had done all that was necessary. They were told that they would have to pay the quarantine kennel bill for the two dogs for 6 months otherwise they would not be able to have their dogs back. As you can imagine this is money they just do not have.

They have worked tirelessly to raise money and have contacted well over 100 organisations for help. Very few have come forward. HCBW have agreed to pay the outstanding amount so that they can have their beloved dogs back home where they belong - the money has to be paid by 16th June in order that they can have the dogs returned by 17th July (otherwise it doesnt bare thinking about what could happen to them!). This is why we have agreed to help them (just think if it was your beloved dogs involved) - we have agreed to pay the kennels and have said that we would organise an ongoing fund-raising effort.
