Ginge On The Run

I have chosen to take on the challenge of running a marathon to raise money for SSafa and Little Troopers, two charities that are incredibly important. 

Military life is; the people, the community, the sense of belonging, and the incredible sacrifices made by serving personnel and their families. But we also know that behind every uniform is a family who experiences the unique challenges that military life can bring: deployments, long separations, frequent moves, uncertainty and the ups and downs that come with serving.

SSafa and Little Troopers do so much to support those families, helping make the difficult times a little easier and reminding military families that they are never alone.
So, I've swapped the sofa (aka Fifa) for running shoes and taking on 26.2 miles! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

It’s going to be tough, but every mile will be worth it knowing that I will be raising money for causes that mean so much to us and to the wider military community.
