Phil Page is raising money for Glamis Hall for All
It is with profound sadness that the passing of our dad, Roger Page a local of the village of Earls Barton, is announced. He passed away on 18th July peacefully in his sleep.
He was the beloved husband of our mum Margaret Page for 59 years, and a devoted father to myself (Phil) and Robert Page. He was a much-loved grandfather to 5 grandsons and 1 granddaughter, and a proud great-grandfather to 4 great-grandchildren.
A true pillar of the Earls Barton community, our Dad dedicated countless hours to village events. He was previously actively involved with the Transport Show, the Carnival Committee, the Parish Council, and the annual Fireworks Event, leaving an indelible mark on the community.
Our Dad's passions were deeply rooted in the simple pleasures of life. For over 50 years, he found immense joy and solace tending to his allotment in Earls Barton. He was also an avid fisherman.
Prior to his retirement, our Dad served in the Northampton Fire Service for 25 years as a dedicated fireman.
He will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who knew him. His legacy of community spirit, dedication, and love for his family will live on.
A celebration of his life is being held at the Grange, Northampton Road Earls Barton. NN60HF Tuesday 12th August 2025 at 2.00pm. All who knew him are welcome to attend to share memories and anecdotes of him (which our Mum would love to hear) and pay their respects.
Please don't bring flowers. We would like donations to be made to Glamis Hall (link attached).
