My story
The Pedometer Challenge is back for 2025 and this year we are celebrating biodiversity and wellbeing in the UK with “Step into Nature: Walk for Biodiversity this May!” Its time to put on your trainers and assemble your teams as were about to get cracking!!!
This year each team is aiming to walk 600miles (the length of the UK!) over the month. This is 3.57miles per day which is equiavlent to 8,162 steps. Along the way discover the nature and biodiversity that the UK has to offer.
It’s a great opportunity to get fit, spark some friendly competition with your colleagues, explore the biodiversity that the UK offers and raise funds for Macmillan and WWF.
This year we are aiming to beat our 2024 total and raise £15,000 for our charity partners, with all donations being split equally between WWF and Macmillan.
