25 Hours of Movement at goPhysio Chandlers Ford

We're raising £7,500 to support local people through movement, care and community.

This year marks 25 years of goPhysio in Chandlers Ford.

For 25 years, we’ve helped people recover from injury, stay independent, build confidence and keep doing the things they love. Every day, we see the difference movement can make to someone’s quality of life.

To celebrate this milestone, we’re bringing our community together for something special.

• 25 hours of continuous Pilates.
• 25 back-to-back classes.
• One shared goal - to raise £7,500+ for local causes.

From Thursday 25th June at 2.30pm until Friday 26th June at 3.30pm, our team and community will take part in 25 hours of movement at our Chandlers Ford studio.

The event will include:

• Community Pilates classes
• Business and sports club takeovers
• Team fundraising challenges
• Overnight movement sessions
• Beginner-friendly classes
• Mobility, stretch and recovery sessions

We’re proud to be supporting Mountbatten Hampshire, helping patients and families across Hampshire receive compassionate end-of-life care.

Alongside this, funds raised will also support local community initiatives including:

• Shepherds Down School
• Baby Necessities
• Open Sight
• Community wellbeing projects such as defibrillator maintenance

Whether someone joins one class, takes on an overnight challenge, sponsors a participant or simply donates, every contribution will help make a difference.
