Oliver Baker is raising money for Codebar
My story
I’m running the Great South Run in October to raise money for Codebar.
Codebar's goal is to enable minority group members to learn programming in a safe and collaborative environment and expand their career opportunities.
They run free workshops for minority group members to learn programming. I’ve been volunteering there on and off since 2015 as a coach. It's been really inspiring to to see peoples coding skills impove week on week and go on to have careers in tech.
