Greater Manchester Ringway

Here at Castlefield Recruitment we like a challenge so this year we will attempt to become the first organisation to walk the GM Ringway in one day.
 
Completed in 2024, the GM Ringway was designed around existing footpaths, parks and waterways, and connects residents and visitors with the city-region’s rich natural and cultural heritage. Green in every way, all 20 stages of the 200-mile (322-km) route are easily accessed by public transport.
 
As a Manchester based organisation, Castlefield strives to be immersed in local initiatives, organisations, and charities - making the GM Ringway a natural choice for our 2026 charity challenge.
 
Our charity partners are Trafford Domestic Abuse Services (TDAS), a registered charity that offers support to individuals and families living or working in the Trafford area who are suffering or who have suffered domestic abuse. They provide both intervention and prevention services and work in partnership with other voluntary organisations to support families across Greater Manchester. 
 
Please donate to this great cause, safe in the knowledge that we will be clocking up a whopping 200 miles in one day to support TDAS.
