Caroline Chandler is raising money for Diapalante
My story
We don't really like running and we'd much prefer to be sitting at home with some tea and toast. But Diapalante is managing some really impressive projects on a shoestring and we want their good work to continue, so we thought we'd give everyone a good laugh by dragging ourselves around the aptly named 'Grunty Fen' half marathon in honour of a good cause.
Please dig deep and support our efforts as we face the desolate Fens and try to run the full 13 miles without falling over or sneaking off to the pub...cheerleaders, oxygen tanks and cake are all welcome!
All money raised will go to Diapalante's projects in Mauritania and Senegal.
