My story
On Saturday 9th May I will be taking part in a Doubles Hyrox Sun at Core Fitness NI gym in Newtownards. It is 8km of running with different physical challenges in between - ski erg, rowing, lunges, burpees and the like! I hope that you can spare a few pounds to sponsor me for this in aid of the wonderful work of Hope 4 ME & Fibro NI. This charity has done so much for people with ME, Fibromyalgia and Long Covid, such as Rebecca, my wife who has now suffered from Long Covid for over 6 years. The money raised will help fund the charity’s commitment to raise awareness of these illnesses and to promote training for health care workers across NI to provide better and more accurate care to patients.
