Michael Broome is raising money for The Salvation Army (Ilford Corps)
My story
Hello everyone! I am running in the Hackney Half Marathon on May 19th raising money towards the future running costs of Project Malachi, initiated by the Salvation Army, Ilford Branch. Project Malachi is a 5 year "pop-up hostel" aimed at giving long term help towards getting people out of the homelessness cycle. The hostel will hopefully be opened in Autumn 2019. Over the years, I have been blown away with your generosity towards my previous fundraising efforts. I appreciate that everyone's disposable income has reduced over the years and that most of you help other charities financially.
