My story
I'm running the Cardiff Half marathon in a few weeks time. Training has been hard, there have been a few set backs but I'm still going to give it a go!
I'm raising money for Yoga mobility a brilliant charity who I volunteer with. Yoga mobility adapts traditional yoga practice to make it accessible for people with disabilities.
