HBS (Glasgow) are raising money for Hospital Broadcasting Service
Our story
Glasgow based HBS (Hospital Broadcasting Service) is 50 next year. Since launching in 1970 the Service run entirely by volunteers has entertained millions of listeners in hospitals and beyond.
With no statutory funding, the volunteers hold events to pay the bills and on 1st September are taking to the streets between some of the hospitals they broadcast to for a sponsored walk to raise vital funds.
