I have created this fundraiser to give back to Heartfulness, a charity that has helped me change my life.

Heartfulness UK is a charity that promotes holistic wellness through meditation practices and community engagement, and runs entirely through volunteer work. With round-the-clock support provided by certified trainers having decades of experience, my engagement with Heartfulness helped me navigate the extraordinary challenges I have faced in my life.
I have greatly benefited from their enriching contents, numerous workshops, and engaging events, but most importantly, Heartfulness has given me a network of amazing people who have become my family in these years of my association with them.
