Weʼre raising £150 to Support the work of the Trafford Domestic Abuse Service charity, known as TDAS

We are passionate about raising money for Domestic Abuse charities and helping support organisations to continue their vital work through a mutual love of running. 

We have both recently completed the Heaton Park 5K 2024, Sale Sizzler 4 2024 5K, RUNTHROUGH Run Media City 5K 2024 and IRONMAN Bolton Night Run 5k 2024 and in total across the four events have raised £315 for Fortalice and £780 for TDAS (including gift aids), two Greater Manchester based Domestic Abuse charities and we are delighted to be able to help organisations doing such important work and extremely grateful to all who donated to help these charities protect domestic abuse victims and are looking forward to our next fundraising challenge. 

We are excited about participating in the Last Drop 5K 2024, that will take place on 17th November 2024. During that event we will be fundraising for the Trafford Domestic Abuse Service charity known as TDAS - a charity that supports those in need in the Manchester area. 

As a Mother of three and also a Father of three we understand the importance of living in a safe, loving and abuse free environment. 

TDAS is an incredible charity that provides support for individuals and children who experience domestic abuse. Their work is truly life-changing for those who need it and their slogan is "break free from domestic abuse". But they can't do it alone. That's where we can help them.

As it is short notice our goal is to raise £150 for TDAS and with your help, I know we can achieve it. Every pound counts and brings us one step closer to creating a safer and brighter future for individuals, families and children experiencing domestic abuse. This will be our final 5k run of 2024 and we'd like to sincerely thank everyone for all of their support and donations this year.
