Horspath Village Tree of Light 2024

The Horspath Tree of Light is an opportunity to remember people we miss, saying prayers for those we love and think of, and leaving messages of hope for the world and the year to come.

Messages will be printed and hung on the village Christmas tree on The
Green by Friday 20th December. Please email your message to horspathtreeoflight@gmail.com by Tuesday 17th December so we don't miss it!

We are grateful for any small donation you can make to help us continue our support of small Oxfordshire charities. Our chosen charity this year is The Archway Foundation. This Oxford based charity aims to relieve distress caused by loneliness by developing wellbeing, reducing isolation and encouraging social contact through their network of volunteers that reach out to those that are anxious, stressed, lonely and isolated. A very worthy cause to support at Christmas time especially! 

Since 2020, our Tree of Light initiative has raised over £2500 for local charities. Your generosity will help us continue to shine a bit of light and bring hope to those that need it most.
